Maz is the former CEO for LALIQUE Americas, where he played an instrumental role in the brand’s global strategy and its expansion, evolving the company into a leading luxury lifestyle brand through a process of disruptive innovation and modernization.
He helped expand the collaborative spirit of Lalique, resulting in numerous synergies with diverse luxury brands, artists, and hospitality projects that include Tom Ford, Zaha Hadid, Elton John, Damien Hirst, Anish Kapoor, Macallan, Opera National de Paris and many more.
Prior to Lalique, Maz spent five years at CHANEL as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Bourjois cosmetics and fragrance division, where he led the US sales sector and directed all aspects of strategic planning and brand positioning.
Maz is affiliated with various educational and philanthropic organizations. Among his community involvements, he serves on the Board of Directors and is the internal auditor for the LUXURY EDUCATION FOUNDATION (LEF), a not-for-profit organization where he has been dynamically involved since its inception in 2004. LEF focuses on educational programs at Columbia University and Parsons School of Design, related to creation and marketing of luxury goods.
